How can Hypnotherapy help?

HypnoNatal Therapy can be used to assist people with :
  • Fertility issues – lowering stress and anxiety, which can affect hormone levels and create a mental block to conception.
  • IVF treatments – lowering stress and anxiety, increasing positive thinking & visualisation.
  • Pregnancy – creating important ‘mum’ time full of relaxation & positive thinking, reducing stress & anxiety. 
  • Childbirth – Assisting you to feel confident, empowered & calm about the upcoming birth & reminding you of the instinctive resources you have within you to have a natural, relaxed child birth, yet also be to take those calm, focused, relaxed feelings with you in any changes that may happen along the way.

We will look at the transformations the birthing process has gone through over the centuries and focus on remembering and realising how amazing our bodies are and what they can do.

Your Birth Your Way

Working with you on an individual basis, we will discuss in detail your ‘ideal’ birth and work on you having the confidence to make things happen your way. We will also cover some of the ‘possible’ scenarios that may occur and enable you to stay focused and confident if they do. 

Group Workshops  ( £60 per person)

  • 3 hours
  • Maximum of 6 couples
  • Free Parking
  • Refreshments available
  • Pregnancy & Childbirth CD / Mp3 to take home
  • Information sheets to take home

Individual sessions ( £30 per session)

  • 1 hour per session
  • Can be used throughout pregnancy to keep on top of anxieties, stay relaxed and positive.
  • Free Parking
  • Pregnancy & Childbirth CD / Mp3 to take home
  • Can be done through Skype
